Clients are responsible for the accuracy and readiness of all supplied artwork. CREA Creative Studios is not liable for spelling, colour, or layout errors in client files. Files for foil or Spot UV printing must be prepared correctly. A £35 fee applies for all external designs. Client Review and Approval Before any design is sent to print, clients will receive a digital proof for review and approval. It is the client's responsibility to carefully check: All spelling, grammar, and contact details The layout, colours, and images Any logos, social handles, and brand elements Once a client confirms approval, the design is considered final. CREA Creative Studios will proceed to print exactly as approved.

Our Standard Postage Service typically takes 3-5 working days for delivery. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate only and not guaranteed, as delays can occur that are beyond our control once the parcel has been handed to Evri. CREA Creative Studios cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier service. Once your parcel has been dispatched and tracking provided, delivery times are managed entirely by Evri.   Next Day Delivery   Our Next Day Delivery Service generally takes 1-2 working days, despite being titled "Next Day." While we aim to dispatch these orders promptly, delivery speed ultimately depends on Evris service network. CREA Creative Studios is not liable for delays or missed delivery timeframes under this service.
