At CREA Creative Studios, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of creativity, quality, and professionalism in every project we produce.
Colour and Material Differences
Please note that colour results may vary depending on the type of material used (paper, vinyl, fabric, acrylic, etc.) and the print process. Even when using the same colour codes, variations can occur. For example, beige may print with pink, grey, or green undertones depending on the substrate and finish.
Logo and Brand Colours
For the best results, logos should be supplied in vector format (AI, EPS, or PDF) and include Pantone (PMS) colour references.
If you designed your logo or artwork in Canva, please be aware that Canva does not use professional print-standard colour palettes. This means colours may print slightly differently on professional printing systems.
Professional Colour Matching Service (£30)
We offer a Colour Matching Service to ensure accuracy between screen colours and printed results. For a £30 fee, CREA Creative Studios will match your Canva or non-standard design colours to the closest Pantone equivalent used across our professional printing platforms.
Client Responsibility
It is the client's responsibility to confirm all Pantone references or approve digital proofs prior to production. CREA Creative Studios cannot be held responsible for minor colour differences resulting from unstandardised or unsupplied colour information.

Material and Application Notice
Our labels are made using high-quality waterproof vinyl material. Due to the waterproof coating, the adhesive layer can react differently depending on the surface and colour of the bottle.
When applied to smooth plastic or glossy bottles, slight bubbling may appear under the surface of the label. This is a normal characteristic of waterproof label stock and does not indicate a printing fault or quality issue.
Appearance on Light and Dark Backgrounds
While these minor bubbles are less visible on darker background colours such as black, navy, or deep brown, they can be more noticeable on lighter colours, including white, beige, blush, or light pink.
This visibility difference is due to how light reflects through the transparent adhesive layer on lighter backgrounds.
Client Awareness
Minor bubbling or texture variation may occur and is considered a normal result of the waterproof material's properties. CREA Creative Studios will always ensure labels are printed to the highest quality standards, but cannot guarantee a completely texture-free finish when applied to certain bottle types or lighter backgrounds.

Client Responsibility
When submitting your own design files, you are responsible for ensuring:
All spelling, grammar, and layout are correct.
The design is final and print-ready.
Colours are accurately set to your desired outcome.
CREA Creative Studios is not liable for any spelling mistakes, colour inconsistencies, layout issues, or design errors in artwork supplied by the client.
Once you approve your design and provide it for printing, we print exactly as received. No alterations or adjustments will be made unless requested and approved prior to production.
File Preparation for Special Finishes
If your design includes foil printing, Spot UV, or any other special finishes, the artwork must be correctly prepared with separate layers, spot colour channels, and alignment markers to industry standards.
If your file is not correctly prepared for these finishes, CREA Creative Studios can complete this preparation for you for a E30 Artwork Preparation Fee.
This ensures that your design is correctly formatted and optimised for the chosen print method
Accepted File Formats
We accept professionally prepared print files in the following formats:
PDF (preferred)
Al or EPS (Adobe Illustrator)
PSD (Adobe Photoshop, flattened and high resolution)
All files must be high resolution (300 DPl minimum) and include appropriate bleed and crop marks.
Liability Disclaimer
By submitting your own artwork, you acknowledge and accept that CREA Creative Studios is not responsible for:
• Colour discrepancies resulting from uncalibrated monitors or non-standard colour formats.
Spelling or grammatical errors within the design.
Missing fonts, images, or elements in non-outlined or incomplete files.
Misalignment or print distortion caused by incorrect file setup.
Summary
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and readiness of all supplied artwork.
CREA Creative Studios is not liable for spelling, colour, or layout errors in client files.
Files for foil or Spot UV printing must be prepared correctly.
A £35 fee applies for all external designs. Client Review and Approval
Before any design is sent to print, clients will receive a digital proof for review and approval.
It is the client's responsibility to carefully check:
All spelling, grammar, and contact details
The layout, colours, and images
Any logos, social handles, and brand elements
Once a client confirms approval, the design is considered final. CREA Creative Studios will proceed to print exactly as approved.
Post-Approval Policy
After approval and submission to print, no changes or amendments can be made to the design. This includes spelling corrections, layout adjustments, colour edits, or content updates.
Any reprints or redesigns requested after print approval will be treated as a new order and may incur additional costs.
Proofing and Accuracy
While CREA Creative Studios takes every precaution to ensure accuracy in all designs, the client holds final responsibility for verifying that all details are correct prior to approval.
Please review your proof carefully before confirming to print.
Digital proofs are provided in good faith to represent the final outcome as closely as possible; however, minor colour variations may occur between digital and printed materials due to printing methods and materials used

No changes can be made once the design has been sent to print.
Any post-approval changes will require a new order.
Payments and Refunds
All payments made to CREA Creative Studios are non-refundable, even if a project has not yet commenced
Once payment has been received, it confirms your acceptance of all CREA Creative Studios policies and terms of service.
If your project has not yet started, the amount paid can be credited to your CREA account and used toward a future project or product of your choice. This credit option is only available prior to any work beginning on the initial order.
No Refunds or Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any services or products once payment has been made.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and accept responsibility for reviewing all proofs and designs before printing or production.
Replacements and Reprints
Replacements or reprints will only be issued in cases of genuine manufacturing faults or defects, including:
Raised foil or lettering peeling
Writing or print coating peeling
Visible print defects such as consistent lines or marks in the material
If you receive an item with one of the above defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including clear photographs of the issue. We will review and replace the defective product where applicable.
Design and Proof Responsibility
All clients are responsible for checking and approving their proofs prior to production.
CREA Creative Studios is not liable for spelling mistakes, design errors, incorrect colours, or layout issues that are approved by the client before printing.
Reprints cannot be offered for these issues, as client approval is required before any project proceeds to print.
Summary
All payments are non-refundable, even if the project has not yet started.
Payments can be credited toward another project only if work has not begun.
No refunds or exchanges will be given once payment is made.
Reprints are only permitted in cases of clear print or production defects.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before printing. Postage Service Provider
All parcels are shipped using Evri International for both UK and international deliveries.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number which allows you to track your parcel directly through Evri's online tracking system.
Standard Postage
Our Standard Postage Service typically takes 3-5 working days for delivery.
Please note that this timeframe is an estimate only and not guaranteed, as delays can occur that are beyond our control once the parcel has been handed to Evri.
CREA Creative Studios cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier service. Once your parcel has been dispatched and tracking provided, delivery times are managed entirely by Evri.
Next Day Delivery
Our Next Day Delivery Service generally takes 1-2 working days, despite being titled "Next Day." While we aim to dispatch these orders promptly, delivery speed ultimately depends on Evris service network.
CREA Creative Studios is not liable for delays or missed delivery timeframes under this service.
If you experience issues or delays with your parcel, please contact Evri directly using your provided tracking number.
Delivery Flexibility
We recommend allowing flexibility for delivery times when placing an order, particularly during busy seasons or adverse weather conditions.
Selecting your postage option should be based on your deadline needs and awareness that courier delays can occasionally occur.
Lost Parcels
In the event that your parcel appears lost, CREACreative Studios will open an enquiry with Evri, which may take up to 48 hours for a response.
During this period, we are unable to reprint or resend your order until confirmation is received from Evri regarding the parcel's status.
If Evri confirms that the parcel is lost, CREA Creative Studios will arrange a reprint and replacement dispatch of your order at no additional cost.
If Evri confirms that the parcel has been located, you will need to wait for the original parcel to be delivered. Quote Validity
All quotes provided by CREA Creative Studios are valid for 48 hours from the time of
Issue.
If no response or confirmation is received within this timeframe, the quote will automatically expire, and your request will be closed
Once a quote has expired, a new quote will need to be requested, and prices may vary based on updated materials or supplier costs.
Client Communication
We maintain respectful and professional communication with all clients.
If we contact you multiple times without a response, or if communication becomes unprofessional, your enquiry will be closed permanently.
Clients who repeatedly ignore communication or fail to confirm quotes within the 48-hour window may be blocked from contacting CREA Creative Studios again and will no longer be eligible to purchase or request future work.

Unconfirmed quotes will be closed automatically.
Repeated lack of communication may result in blocking and refusal of service.
New quotes must be requested after expiry. Full Payment Requirement

Damaged Goods & Quality Assurance Policy
Every order is checked carefully before dispatch to ensure it meets CREA Creative Studios' quality standards.
All products are securely packaged to minimise the risk of damage during shipping.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographs of the issue.
Our team will review the matter and arrange a replacement where applicable.
Replacements are only provided for items that are damaged or faulty upon arrival.
Minor variations in colour, texture, or print alignment may occur due to material differences and are not considered defects.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is proven to be faulty or damaged during production.
Communication & Response Policy
We aim to respond to all initial client enquiries within 24 hours of receiving your message.
However, response times may occasionally be longer during busy periods, weekends, or holidays.
All communication should be kept professional and respectful.
We do not tolerate aggressive or inappropriate messages, and clients who engage in such behaviour may be refused further service.
Once your project is in progress, we will communicate updates as necessary, including proofs, revisions, and dispatch notifications.
Please ensure all contact details are correct when placing your order so we can reach you easily if needed.
Standard printing follows our current production lead times and is included within the standard package price.
Express Printing Service is available for a flat fee of £35, moving your project to the top of our production queue.
Express printing turnaround times still depend on the size and complexity of your project.
Some products are not eligible for express production. Please contact us before purchasing if you require an urgent turnaround.
